room still left over for the dance floor. No need to rearrange tables and chairs
half way through the wedding like many venues.

ceremony marriage.
- very popular with guests coming from London, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire
and Norfolk.
- Set in a remote rural location surrounded by more than 1,000 acres of organic farmland,
yet under a mile off the A134 main road.
- The c.10th century hall, moat, medieval fish ponds and adjoining church provide superb
photo oportunities.
- Large kitchens, and toilets have all been bespoke designed for the venue with lots
of English oak and venetian plaster.
